  tip : get kaiator teleport scroll before you enter as u will need to report to kaiator command center once u done

  Once you complete the fight and teleport out, go back to the Armani (dragonkin guys) and go the command center-near the east side. The quest turn in lady is Kaia, goddess of war. She in the far rear of the room, beyond the council table. Shes dressed in red armor, standing in front of a red background, with a red * Took me 10min to find the bytch O.o. Hope this helps others avoid my headache.
